This year, Abrazo and Zoyer had the pleasure of sponsoring and attending the vibrant West Covina Obon Festival, held in July 2024. The festival was a fantastic opportunity for us to engage with the community and showcase our unique products.
The Obon Festival itself was a celebration of Japanese culture and community spirit. Attendees enjoyed traditional Taiko drumming and Bon Odori dance performances, which invited everyone to participate and celebrate together (Discover Nikkei) (Salt Lake Buddhist Temple). The festival atmosphere was lively with food booths, carnival games, and cultural demonstrations that brought joy and excitement to everyone present.
Our participation in the festival allowed us to connect with the community on a personal level. We loved meeting all of you, hearing your stories, and seeing the joy on your faces as you engaged with our products and the festival activities. It reinforced our commitment to being more than just brands—we aim to be a positive and active part of the communities we serve.
Zoyer, our brand dedicated to medical braces and compression wear, was there to help attendees understand the benefits of our back braces and other supportive gear. Our team enjoyed demonstrating how Zoyer products can enhance comfort and support in daily activities.
Abrazo, known for surfskates and longboards, brought excitement to the festival with a range of boards available for attendees to try out. We also highlighted our paddleboards, ideal for SUP Yoga or touring. Seeing festival-goers eager to learn and experience our products firsthand was incredibly rewarding.
